adw. Michał Fifielski
Attorney Michał Fifielski has graduated from University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration (in the year 2007). During his studies he practiced in various legal offices in Tricity area and in Germany. In the years 2007-2011 he underwent and finished the lawyer’s training in Pomeranian Legal Chamber in Gdańsk. He has been a licensed attorney since year 2011 after passing the state attorney exam.
In his legal practice he focuses on business related cases, especially with international factor. He also gained experience as an “in-house” lawyer for several investment companies in Warsaw. He regularly represents foreign clients who decide to run a business in Poland. He speaks English and German fluently.
adw. Mateusz Jasiński
Attorney Mateusz Jasiński has graduated from University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration (in the year 2013). His master’s thesis (titled: “Kontratyp Ryzyka Sportowego” – Sport risk justification in polish criminal law) was written under the direction of prof. dr. hab. Jarosław Warylewski. He graduated from the University studies with a “very good” mark. He was also a scholar of the dean of the Gdańsk University.
During his studies he gained experience through internships in several law offices in Sopot. His main scope of interest includes civil law and matters related to this particular branch of law.
He speaks English fluently (C1 level, confirmed by an ESOL certificate). During his studies he also took part in a legal English course.
In the years 2014-2016 he underwent and finished the lawyer’s training in Pomeranian Legal Chamber in Gdańsk. In the year 2017 he successfully passed the state attorney exam and has been running his legal practice since.
During brakes between legal cases he likes to relax by listening to hard rock music from the 70’s and 80’s – obviously played from the vinyl records, which he collects for many years.
